Growth in complex markets requires more than strong strategy. It requires leadership alignment – shared priorities, consistent execution, and clear accountability across the organization. 

Recently, leaders from across our global organization came together around a common focus: Growing Together. The conversations centered on how we translate strategy into action, deepen customer intimacy, and strengthen the culture needed to deliver in our highest-growth markets. 

As we look ahead, organic growth remains our top priority, supported by clear strategic pillars: strengthening customer relationships, building the operational foundation for scale, and pursuing disciplined acquisitions that expand our position in attractive markets. Leaders aligned on what execution must look like – predictable, focused, and measurable. 

Customer intimacy was a central theme throughout the discussions. Leaders examined the full chain of value from Novanta to original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), end users, and ultimately human impact. Hearing directly from customers, clinicians, and patients reinforced the importance of listening closely, reducing friction, and designing solutions that matter in real-world use. 

Culture and leadership rounded out the conversations. Leaders reflected on their role in driving engagement, building trust, and providing clarity in times of change. A strong culture, cohesive teams, and disciplined execution were reinforced as essential enablers of growth – not separate from it. 

The takeaway was clear: We have the strategy, alignment, and momentum. The work now is executing – delivering growth, innovation, and impact together.
