- Novanta’s business units and subsidiaries: We may share your Personal Data to affiliates within the Novanta corporate structure consistent with this Policy and in connection with your use of our online offerings or our business relationship with you;
- Service providers: We may share your Personal Data with service providers who provide services to us, including, but not limited to, sales channel partners and IT providers, and who process data only for the purpose of providing the services;

Novanta operates in many countries globally. In some cases, Novanta may transmit or store your Personal Data in other countries. We will only transfer your Personal Data as allowed by applicable data protection laws and for the purposes detailed in this Privacy Policy.
Where your Personal Data is transferred to another country, we implement appropriate contractual, administrative, technical and organizational measures to ensure adequate safeguards and protections are applied to protect your Personal Data during such transfers. Where required by law, these safeguards may include the use of Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission (2021 SCCs), the UK International Data Transfer Agreement (UK IDTA), and the completion of Transfer Impact Assessments (TIAs) for transfers to the United States and other jurisdictions following the Schrems II decision. Novanta is committed to ensuring the protection of your Personal Data.
