Mr. Glastra was appointed Chair & Chief Executive Officer of the Company’s Board of Directors on May 13, 2021 
and has served as the Company’s Chief Executive Officer since September 1, 2016. He joined Novanta Inc. [Nasdaq: NOVT] in 2012 as Group President, and was appointed the Company’s Chief Operating Officer in February 2015.

Prior to Novanta, he led and grew global technology businesses in advanced manufacturing and medical end-markets during an 18-year career with Philips [NYSE: PHG], both in Europe as well as Silicon Valley. He most recently served as Chief Executive Officer of Philips’ Entertainment Lighting and as Chief Operating Officer of Philips Lumileds. 
Prior to that, he held multiple general manager and leadership positions at various Philips divisions, including the Healthcare division. Mr. Glastra also served as Director of Corporate Strategy in the Philips’ corporate headquarters. He started his career as Product Manager of Computed Tomography in the Philips’ Healthcare division in 1994.

Mr. Glastra holds a Master of Science Degree in Applied Physics from Delft University of Technology in the Netherlands, an Advanced Engineering Degree from ESPCI in Paris, France, and an MBA from INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of IDEX Corporation (NYSE: IEX).

Ms. Betadam has served as the Company’s Chief Information Officer & Chief Information Security Officer since January 2021. She is responsible for strategic direction, cybersecurity, leadership, and implementation of enterprise-wide Digital Transformation and Information Technology (“IT”). She joined Novanta [Nasdaq: NOVT] in 2019 as Vice President of Business Applications and was promoted to Senior Vice President, Global IT in March 2020.

Ms. Betadam brings 18 years of experience in global transformation initiatives, strategic business planning, merger and acquisition, and change management. Prior to Novanta, Ms. Betadam held the position of Director and Head of IT, Portfolio and Program Management at Splunk, Inc. [Nasdaq: SPLK]. She also held IT management positions within a variety of industries and multi-billion-dollar organizations.

Ms. Betadam holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Applied Arts from San Diego State University, a master’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering (specialization in Information Assurance) from Santa Clara University, and holds a Doctor of Engineering, Engineering Management and Systems Engineering from George Washington University.

Mr. Buckley joined Novanta [Nasdaq: NOVT] in 2011 as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Buckley had a ten-year career at PerkinElmer, Inc. [NYSE: PKI], a provider of technology and services to the diagnostics, research, environmental, safety and security, industrial and laboratory services markets, where he served in several financial positions of increasing responsibility.

Most recently, Mr. Buckley served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of PerkinElmer’s Environmental Health business. Before that, Mr. Buckley was Chief Financial Officer of PerkinElmer’s Asian operations and served in a number of progressively senior roles in large and global business units. Prior to joining PerkinElmer, Mr. Buckley held management positions with Honeywell International, Inc. [NYSE: HON], most recently in Corporate Development and Investor Relations.

Mr. Buckley holds a B.A. in Finance from Manhattanville College and an M.B.A. from University of California Los Angeles (U.C.L.A.).

Mr. Burke was appointed Chief Accounting Officer on August 22, 2024.

Prior to this position, Mr. Burke served as Novanta Inc. [Nasdaq: NOVT] Vice President of Global Accounting (from 2021 – 2024), as Vice President of Accounting (from 2017 – 2021) and as Assistant Corporate Controller (from 2011- 2017). Prior to joining Novanta, Mr. Burke worked as the Manager of Technical Accounting and Reporting at MilliporeSigma (formerly known as Millipore Corporation), and prior to that, as an audit manager in the Boston office of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.

Mr. Burke is a Certified Public Accountant and has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst.

Mr. Ravetto joined Novanta [Nasdaq: NOVT] in April 2022 as Group President of the Automation Enabling Technologies Group.

Prior to joining Novanta, Mr. Ravetto had a 20+ year successful career at Danaher Corporation [NYSE: DHR], where he held various executive and leadership roles in high-tech industrial and healthcare businesses, in both hardware and software. He most recently was the Senior Vice President of Esko in Belgium that includes software, automation, CTP imaging and vision inspection systems businesses. Prior to Esko, he led the KaVo Kerr dental business, based in Germany. He started his career at Videojet in the U.S. in engineering and product management leadership roles.

Mr. Ravetto has a B.Sc. degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois in Chicago and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Mr. Lesica has served as the Co-Chief Operating Officer since January 2025. He is responsible for the Medical Solutions segment which focuses on Advanced Surgery and Precision Medicine. He is also responsible for Novanta’s enterprise-wide key account management program.

Prior to Novanta, he led and grew innovation driven businesses serving Pharma, Biotech, Clinical, Academic and Industrial end markets during a 22-year career with Thermo Fisher Scientific [NYSE: TMO], both in Europe as well as across the US. He most recently served as President of Thermo Fisher’s $3.5 billion Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry Division. Prior to that, he held multiple President and general manager and leadership positions at various Thermo Fisher groups, including Life Sciences, Chemical Analysis, and Customer Channels. He started his career at GE within their operations management leadership program.

Mr. Lesica holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Babson College and a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Alexander Manganiello was appointed as the Company’s General Counsel and Corporate Secretary on December 1, 2025. He is responsible for leading our global legal function and provides counsel to the CEO, Board of Directors, and business leaders across the company.

Mr. Manganiello has over 25 years of distinguished legal experience, including senior leadership roles at Vertex Pharmaceuticals and Pfizer Inc., where he led high-performing legal teams and advised executive leaders on complex business development, M&A, governance, and compliance matters. His background spans board advisory, strategic transactions, intellectual property, and legal operations for public companies. Mr. Manganiello holds a J.D., summa cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School and an A.B. in Biology from Harvard University. He is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and before several federal courts and is a registered patent attorney.

Nissia Sabri was named as Senior Vice President, Corporate Development for Novanta [Nasdaq: NOVT] in November, 2023, where she leads all business development, partnerships, and acquisition activities for the company. Nissia joined Novanta in April 2017 as Director of Strategy and Business Development, where she spent three years guiding the company in developing and identifying the right technology investments and inorganic growth opportunities. In April of 2020 she was promoted to Vice President of Engineering for Celera Motion, where she led and supported New Product Development, developing the strategies, processes, and talent to bring together a team of more than 80 engineers across six global locations to deliver the best technology solutions for our customers and the growth in our business.

Prior to Novanta, Nissia co-founded her own company in IoT and data Analytics and spent 7 years in the energy sector with a Siemens-EDF Joint Venture working on large scale automation systems and regulatory licensing in multiple business development and engineering roles.

Nissia earned a Master’s degree in System Design and Management from MIT Sloan School of Management, a Master’s Degree in Nuclear and Radiological Engineering from the University of Florida, and a Master’s in Engineering, Applied Physics and Nuclear Instrumentation from Grenoble Institute of Technology in France. In addition, she earned a certificate in International Relations, Global Energy and Environmental Politics from Harvard University.

Liam Weston was named Chief Human Resources Officer for Novanta [Nasdaq: NOVT] in May 2025. He has worked with Novanta since December 2024 in an advisory capacity.

Prior to joining Novanta, Liam founded a consultancy providing fractional human resources leadership services, including talent management, culture, organizational design, and mergers and acquisition support. Previously, he served as CHRO at Creation Technologies, Hollingworth & Vose, Nortek and Invensys.

Liam holds an MSc in Human Resource Development from Thames Valley University in the UK and recently earned his ICF Executive Coaching Certification from Brown University in the US.
