We enable a work-life balance
Time Off: We encourage our employees to take time to recharge and enjoy life outside of work. We provide a flexible policy for exempt employees to take paid time off when they need it for vacation, bereavement, jury duty, sick time, community service and other personal matters. Non-exempt employees receive paid time off based on length of service. We also provide all employees with 11 paid holidays each year, and non-exempt employees receive two floating holidays.
EAP: There are times when everyone needs a little help or advice. Our confidential employee assistance program (EAP) program can help you and your family with stress, legal issues, parenting questions, and much more. This benefit is free to all employees and their families.
Group Legal: Our legal plan allows you to purchase access to a team of top attorneys ready to assist you in taking care of life’s planned and unplanned legal events.

Keeping employees and their families healthy
Medical, Dental and Vision: We offer competitive health benefits from top-rated companies, including Blue Cross Blue Shield, Delta Dental and EyeMed. Each benefit plan provides you with a full range of options based on the needs of you and your family.
Health Savings Account: We contribute an annual lump sum contribution to a health savings account (HSA) for employees enrolled in the high deductible health plan. You can contribute up to the IRS annual maximum each year.
Flexible Spending Account: We offer limited purpose and dependent care flexible spending account (FSA) plans that provide tax advantages.
Telemedicine: 1800MD provides all employees fast and convenient access to quality healthcare 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Employee Health Clinic: We have an onsite employee health clinic in our Bedford, Massachusetts, facility that provides acute care and health coaching. We also have a health clinic in our Mukilteo, Washington, facility that provides health coaching. For all other U.S. locations, a health coach is available for virtual health coaching services.
Planning for the unexpected
Life and AD&D Insurance: We pay for basic life and AD&D insurance at two times (2x) salary with minimum coverage of $100,000. Employees are also able to purchase additional insurance for themselves, spouse and/or children at competitive prices.
Income Protection: We understand the importance of taking paid time off for serious health conditions, to bond with a new family member, to care for a sick or injured family member, or to fulfill military active duty. We provide up to 16 weeks of paid leave at full pay for a qualified parental or family leave and up to 20 weeks of paid leave at full pay for a qualified medical leave or military leave. We also offer a Long-Term Disability program to provide income protection for an extended illness or injury that makes you unable to work.
Personal Insurance Programs: We offer supplemental plans for critical illness, hospital indemnity and accident insurance to enhance and complement our other benefit plans.
Helping plan for tomorrow
Retirement: Our 401(K) plan has an auto-enrollment feature, and we will match 100% of the first 4% you contribute (subject to IRS limits), and then 50% of the next 2%. Employees are immediately 100% vested in company matching contributions and earnings.
