Our celebration of Women’s Health Month is more than a moment on our calendar—it reflects our commitment to building a workplace where everyone can thrive. Across our global sites, our Women’s Employee Resource Group (WERG) led a series of programs designed to support women’s health, strengthen community, and expand access to knowledge and resources.
This work is deeply connected to who we are. Our mission pushes us to enable better outcomes for patients and partners around the world, and that starts with creating an environment where our own people feel supported, informed, and empowered. Women’s Health Month is one way we bring that mission to life across Novanta.
A Global Effort Centered on Education and Empowerment
Across the US and Europe, teams organized events that focused on practical, real-world wellness. While each location tailored its programming to local needs, the themes were consistent: access to information, community support, and proactive health awareness.
In the US, teams hosted discussions on perinatal health, hormone education, and general wellness, creating spaces where employees could learn from experts and ask questions openly. Many sessions paired education with connection—snacks to share, hybrid formats to increase accessibility, and opportunities for informal dialogue.
In Europe, sites emphasized both education and empowerment. Activities included self-defense workshops that helped participants build confidence, awareness sessions on the gender health gap, and events promoting physical activity and social causes, such as women-focused community races and wellness-focused ergonomic coaching.
Across all sites, the goal was the same: equip our colleagues with knowledge and tools that support their wellbeing inside and outside the workplace.
Living Our Values Through Community
The success of Women’s Health Month came from the people who made it happen. WERG members across Novanta dedicated significant time and energy to planning, coordinating, and leading events. Their work demonstrates how our values show up in everyday actions—collaboration, continuous learning, and care for one another.
This is the Novanta Way in action: building an inclusive culture where people feel seen, supported, and encouraged to grow.
Continuing the Momentum
We’re proud of every employee who participated, contributed, and championed Women’s Health Month activities. These efforts strengthen our community, deepen our culture, and support wellness in meaningful ways.
Together, we’ll continue creating an environment where everyone can show up as their best selves—because when our people thrive, we are better able to deliver innovation that matters.
