As we close out 2025 at our facility in Apex, North Carolina, it’s the perfect time to reflect on the moments that brought us together this quarter. These weren’t just celebrations: They were opportunities to connect, collaborate, and strengthen the culture that makes our team exceptional.
We kicked things off with the Employee Resource Group (ERG) Cornhole Tournament, where friendly competition and plenty of laughs set the tone. A big shout-out to our Women’s ERG, Novanta Professionals Network (NPN), and Black Employee Network (BEN) for creating such a fun, inclusive atmosphere. Sharing a Chick-fil-A lunch while spotlighting these groups reminded us how much stronger we are when we come together.
Next up was our Quarterly Birthday Lunch, this time with a Thanksgiving twist. Great food, birthday recognition, and Novanta swag made everyone feel valued. Appreciation is at the heart of what we do.
The White Elephant Ornament Exchange, hosted by the Women’s ERG, brought out our playful side. Between the laughter, food, and a little gift “stealing,” we created memories that will last well beyond the holidays.
Creativity took center stage during the Gingerbread House Competition, hosted by NPN. Teams wowed us with their edible masterpieces, while the hot chocolate bar and cookie decorating added extra festive cheer. It’s amazing what happens when imagination meets teamwork.
Finally, we wrapped up the quarter with a holiday party at a beautifully decorated country club. Sharing a meal, enjoying festive activities, and testing our knowledge with trivia was the perfect way to celebrate our successes and close out the year.
