Values in Action: Why Recognition Still Matters

In fast-paced, high-stakes environments, it’s easy to move from one challenge to the next without pausing to recognize the people who quietly hold things together. Our Values Champion Award exists to change that.

In Q4, we recognized Kyle Patrick for embodying the values that guide how we work, especially during a critical customer escalation.

When an issue surfaced late in the quarter, timing mattered. The customer was under pressure to deliver to their own customers, and the situation required swift corrective action, close coordination with suppliers, and constant communication. Kyle stepped in and took ownership, ensuring the issue was addressed thoroughly and responsibly.

Beyond the technical work, Kyle focused on clarity and trust. He established frequent check-ins, communicated openly about progress and challenges, and followed through on every promise. That consistency helped de-escalate concerns and kept teams aligned across organizations.

Most importantly, the outcome wasn’t just a resolved issue; it was a stronger relationship. The customer left the experience confident that we stand behind our products and respond with integrity when challenges arise.

Recognizing moments like this matters because they reinforce what we value as a company. Progress doesn’t only come from big breakthroughs. It’s built through everyday leadership, accountability, and people who show up for each other.
