We asked ourselves: What if our teams could access the full depth of our collective knowledge instantly? 

Across our organization, valuable insights exist everywhere. Technical expertise, customer history, competitive intelligence, and application knowledge are critical and often disconnected. Bringing those pieces together creates an opportunity to fundamentally improve how we serve our customers

That idea led to the development of our Sales Acceleration AI Platform, powered by ept.AI. 

In the early stages, a group of sales professionals took the lead in testing the platform in real-world scenarios. Their goal was not just efficiency but effectiveness, improving how they prepare for conversations and deliver value to customers. 

What emerged was a shift in how teams engage:

  • Faster access to relevant insights 
  • Earlier identification of growth opportunities 
  • Stronger collaboration across teams and business units 

As the platform evolved, its impact extended beyond sales. Product teams began using it to better understand customer needs and explore new applications. 

This reflects how we operate. We combine innovation with application expertise, collaborating closely with customers to solve complex challenges and create lasting value. 

Today, we are expanding this capability across more teams. The focus is not just on scaling technology, but on continuously improving how we engage, raising the standard of every customer interaction.
