A key contributor to this effort has been Brendan Boyd, Beam Steering R&D Manager, and his team, whose work continues to advance beam steering technologies while helping customers meet increasingly demanding performance requirements. Guided by close collaboration with OEMs and end users, the team evaluates emerging technologies and gathers real-world feedback while refining solutions that create meaningful value for customers.
Innovation also extends far beyond product design. Delivering breakthrough performance consistently requires advanced manufacturing processes, sophisticated testing capabilities, automation, and a relentless focus on quality. Through ongoing investments in these areas, we have built manufacturing capabilities that enable precision and scale.
Andy Eccles, Manufacturing Engineering Manager, and his team play a critical role in turning innovative designs into products that can be built efficiently and consistently. Advanced fixtures, automated assembly systems, enhanced test equipment, and continuously improving processes help ensure every product performs to the highest standards. Equally important, engineers and operators work closely together to transform practical experience into improvements in efficiency and performance.
