Creating a positive impact in our communities goes beyond the work we do every day. It also means finding opportunities to support the people and organizations that help our communities thrive.
On August 13, we partnered with Vitalant to host a blood drive at our site in Rocklin, California, giving employees the opportunity to donate blood and support patients and hospitals throughout the region.
Blood donations play a critical role in healthcare, helping patients undergoing surgery, receiving cancer treatments, recovering from injuries, and facing other medical situations where a reliable blood supply can be lifesaving. By bringing the donation opportunity directly to our workplace, employees were able to give back in a meaningful and tangible way.
The event highlighted the generosity and community spirit of our employees, many of whom volunteered their time during the workday to help meet an ongoing local healthcare need. Their participation demonstrated how individual actions can collectively create a significant impact for patients and families throughout the area.
Community involvement is an important part of who we are. Whether through volunteerism, charitable initiatives, educational outreach, or events like this blood drive, we are committed to supporting the communities where our employees live and work.
