That was the case for our team in Wackersdorf, Germany, during the final weeks of the second quarter.
Facing aggressive timelines and complex delivery requirements, employees from Operations, Engineering, AppsLab and Supply Chain worked closely together to ensure we met critical customer commitments. Their efforts included coordinating supplier deliveries, adjusting schedules, responding quickly to challenges, and supporting teammates across functional boundaries to keep work moving forward.
What makes these accomplishments noteworthy is not simply the results we achieved. It is the way employees came together to make success possible. Individuals throughout the organization demonstrated flexibility and a shared commitment to finding solutions whenever obstacles arose.
