Before shipping, the device and accessories must be decontaminated to protect service personnel. Please confirm on the shipping documents that decontamination was successful. Please use the Decontamination Certificate form.

If this is not possible, the product must be

  • be shrink-wrapped in two separate layers of plastic film,
  • and clearly marked as contaminated on the shipping documents and on the packaging.
  • The manufacturer reserves the right to refuse to accept contaminated products for repair.
