The Year of the Horse represents energy, progress, and forward movement. These qualities defined 2025, as our China team played a key role in advancing manufacturing capabilities, strengthening operational excellence, and supporting long-term growth.
Throughout the year, our team in Suzhou delivered meaningful progress across manufacturing expansion, infrastructure upgrades, safety initiatives, and in-region for-region manufacturing strategy. From new pilot runs and production layouts to sustainability efforts and employee engagement activities, these accomplishments reflect a strong commitment to quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Beyond operational milestones, 2025 was also a year of connection marked by team events, safety and environmental initiatives, and a continued focus on inclusion and engagement.
