At our Brno, Czech Republic site, the Novanta Professionals Network (NPN) plays an important role in bringing employees together and helping create a workplace where people feel connected and engaged.
The group, formed by employees who wanted to strengthen the sense of belonging within the organization, organizes events and activities that encourage collaboration and community across teams.
Over the past year, the Brno NPN team has hosted a wide range of events including sports competitions, creative workshops, cultural celebrations and volunteer initiatives.
Highlights included the annual Sports Day, where teams participated in friendly competitions and team-building activities, as well as the Summer Party, which brought colleagues together for outdoor activities, music and shared experiences.
The group also supports community engagement through NovantaCARES, volunteering with local organizations that support environmental initiatives, charitable causes, and community programs.
Events focused on culture and wellbeing have also been an important part of the program, including Cultural Day celebrations and activities supporting mental health awareness.
