AI creates the most value when it is applied to real business challenges. During President’s Kaizen Week, we focused on exactly that.
Across our organization, teams used AI to accelerate progress on our most important priorities. The result was not just faster workflows, but measurable impact in areas tied directly to growth, execution and performance.
In growth-focused initiatives, AI helped teams analyze markets, understand customer needs and identify opportunities more quickly. This enabled stronger alignment between strategy and execution, contributing to initiatives with significant revenue potential, including multi-year projections and increased bookings.
In commercial execution, AI supported more structured and insight-driven approaches. Teams built clearer sales strategies, uncovered opportunities earlier and advanced deals with greater speed and confidence.
Operationally, AI played a critical role in improving performance. Teams applied it across sales, inventory, and operations planning (SIOP), planning processes and on-time delivery performance to better align demand and supply, identify risks earlier and strengthen execution.
We also used AI to support broader operational priorities, including regional manufacturing strategies. By modeling scenarios and evaluating trade-offs, teams accelerated decisions that improve resilience, reduce risk and position us closer to our customers.
In manufacturing, AI helped improve how work gets done. Teams streamlined workflows, improved visibility and reduced cycle times from order to shipment, enabling more reliable and efficient execution.
One of the most important outcomes was how AI helped teams address performance gaps. By comparing current results to target standards, teams prioritized the highest-impact actions and accelerated progress where it was needed most.
We also saw meaningful productivity gains. AI reduced the time required to analyze data, create content and align teams, allowing employees to focus on higher-value work and drive faster execution.
President’s Kaizen Week reinforced a simple idea: AI delivers the greatest impact when it is embedded into how our teams operate. As we continue to build on these efforts, we see significant opportunity to scale our capabilities and deliver even greater value to customers.
