Overview
Wide range of average power and wavelength options: ti60/ti80/ti100 Compact CO2 lasers with more than 60/80/or 100 Watts of average power for high-speed marking, cutting, and 3D printing applications are available with multiple wavelength options to process a broad range of materials. A unique 100 Watt fan-cooled model is available for OEMs and system integrators seeking an economical and efficient 100 Watt CO2 laser source. High Stability ti Series CO2 Lasers Compact CO2 lasers with over 60, 80, and 100 Watts of average power and ±2% power stability (after 3 minute warm-up) for high precision cutting, marking, and 3D printing applications ti100 Pulsed CO2 Laser Compact, pulsed CO2 laser with more than 300 Watts of peak power for precise cutting, drilling, perforating, and marking applications on heat-sensitive materials.
Patented Taper Technology: Zero power loss across 9.3 μm, 10.2 μm, and 10.6 μm wavelength models. Patented taper technology enables a hybrid unstable and waveguide resonator to maximize optical efficiency and power output at all CO2 wavelengths.
Easy Processing Upgrade Path: Maximum machine and system design flexibility with consistent beam exit height across all lasers in the Synrad ti and vi Series. Same size compact footprint across all ti Series models with multiple cooling options enable effective and economical choices when designing new machines or integrating into in-line systems.
Broad Selection For Demanding Applications: High stability 60, 80, and 100 Watt models available for applications that demand both precision and higher throughput speeds
