v Series – 30 Watt CO2 Lasers

The Synrad v Series lasers are the ideal source for high-performance laser engravers and high speed marking systems. Designed for easy integration with a unique 3-point mounting system for a variety of mounting options. The v Series shares a common beam exit point with both Synrad ti and vi Series lasers for easy drop-in replaceability. To make integration as simple as possible the v Series lasers include an onboard tickle generator, industry standard 5-24 VDC I/O ports and remote control status via a 15-pin D connector.

Overview

An industry proven performer for more than 15 years, OEMs and system integrators continue to use the Synrad v30 as the 30 Watt CO2 laser for their marking and engraving systems. Reliable year after year operation, consistent high quality beam, compact size, and 3-point mounting system make the Synrad v30 the perfect fit for marking and engraving systems.

Higher Throughput Yields: Advanced waveguide design guarantees exceptional circular beam quality in both near and far fields. 30 Watts of continuous power ensures high throughput.

Ideal For Smaller Machines: Available in multiple wavelengths for material processing flexibility. Multiple cooling options including air, fan and water with a small footprint and light weight make it ideal for small cutting or marking machines. The on-board tickle generator uses the industry standard 5-24 VDC I/O ports and remote control status via a 15-pin connector making system integration quick and straight-forward.

Expand Capacity & Capabilities: Common beam exits with vi- and ti-Series CO2 lasers enable easy average power upgrade path as throughput or application demands increase
