Celera Motion is pleased to announce that the Safe Torque Off (STO) feature of the Ingenia Capitan Series servo drives family of products has been officially certified by TÜV Rheinland. The certification process has been active for several months and has concluded with a positive result. The certification covers all Capitan Series products: Capitan CORE, NET and XCR.
This important achievement for the Ingenia Summit drives has a relevant impact for Surgical Robotics, Collaborative robots, AGVs, AMRs, Exoskeletons, and SAT-COM OEMs that were expecting this certification to provide their Capitan based applications an extra-safety layer.
