  • Preapproved purchase orders are required for all RMA repairs including Warranty and Non-warranty
  • All RMAs must be delivered to Motion Solutions for review and disposition
  • All returns will require a $500 evaluation PO (Delta Tau parts require a $4,000 PO). If parts are deemed to be ‘warranty’ there will be no charge and the PO will be closed. If the repair is non-warranty, the $500 evaluation charge can be applied to repair costs. Additional 3rd party manufacturer evaluation fees may also apply.
  • RMA numbers and model numbers must be clearly marked on the outside of the box.
  • Warranty repairs will be returned at no charge to the customer and non-warranty repairs will be returned at the customer’s expense.
  • MOSO units are to be returned with all customer mounted and supplied parts removed. If the unit is returned to MOSO with added customer supplied parts, parts will be removed and MOSO will not be responsible for any damage to customer supplied parts.
  • Please allow 48 hours for disposition on all Warranty repairs and 1 week for non-warranty.
  • Samples returned from the field shall be decontaminated prior to return, where applicable. To protect the health of employees, care should be taken in handling any samples returned from the field.
