Novanta offers OEM nanopositioning electronics based on the LC.400 DSP digital control platform, supporting closed-loop control for three or more channels with flexible integration options. These ultra-low-noise controllers combine DSP servo control with capacitive or strain gauge feedback for precise, high-speed positioning.

Supporting analog, USB, and custom interfaces, the LC.400 series delivers better than 99.97% positioning linearity, automatic stage calibration recognition, and high-power amplifier options for demanding high-load applications.
