LC.400 Series Piezo Controller Enclosed
The LC.400 series is a DSP-based digital nanopositioning controller providing ultra-low-noise closed-loop control in compact one-, two-, or three-channel configurations. Compatible with capacitive and strain gauge sensors, it supports command inputs via analog BNC, USB, Ethernet, and high-speed parallel interfaces.
Advanced linearization delivers better than 99.97% positioning linearity, while integrated stage calibration data and high-power amplifiers enable precise, high-speed operation for demanding nanopositioning applications.
