nPFocus100 Piezo Z focus stage

The nPFocus100 is a compact piezo-driven Z-axis nanopositioning stage with 100 µm of closed-loop travel for high-precision focus control in microscopy and optical systems. Using piezo actuation with capacitive or strain gauge feedback, it delivers fast, stable, nanometer-scale positioning with excellent accuracy and minimal drift.

Its lightweight, high-stiffness design is ideal for confocal microscopy, photonics, and other high-resolution imaging applications requiring precise and repeatable focus control.
